How hard is it to cancel NOW (Sky)?
NOW (Sky) scores 72/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the UK — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Cancellation is self-serve online only via My Account → My Membership → Cancel; there is no documented phone, chat, or email cancellation path for members who signed up on the web. For Fully Flexible monthly memberships, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period with no further charges; for Saver (minimum-term) deals, the request is accepted immediately but only takes effect once the minimum term expires. No mid-cycle refunds are issued once the service has started; however, a 14-day cooling-off right exists under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 provided the member has not begun streaming and has not waived the right at purchase. No pause or freeze feature is offered.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
