NOW (Sky Italia) subscribers can cancel at any time by logging into their Area Personale on nowtv.it (or the app) and deactivating the auto-renewal of their Pass; cancellation can also be done by phone (02 308 08 08) or PEC ([email protected]). The cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date, and access continues until the end of the paid viewing period with no proration refund for unused days. Under the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, subscribers have a 14-day withdrawal right from contract conclusion, entitling them to a full refund if the service has not been used, or a proportional refund if already used. Monthly plans have no lock-in; annual plans carry a 12-month minimum commitment period during which early cancellation takes effect only at the end of the binding term.
