Nova Greece customers can cancel their service only by visiting a Nova store in person or by calling the contact center (13800); there is no online self-serve cancellation form. For internet/broadband services, disconnection takes effect within 2 business days of the request per EETT regulation. Customers within a minimum commitment period (12, 18, or 24 months depending on plan) are charged an early termination fee (Τέλος Διακοπής) plus any applicable device subsidy fee; exact amounts are referenced to the service price list but not prominently disclosed on the cancellation help page. A 14-day fee-free withdrawal right exists for distance/online contracts, but is waived if the customer requested immediate service activation.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
