How hard is it to cancel NordPass?
NordPass scores 79/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
NordPass subscriptions are cancelled online by logging into your Nord Account, navigating to Billing > Subscriptions, and selecting "Cancel auto-renewal"; App Store or Google Play subscribers must cancel through those platforms. Cancellation stops future renewals but access continues through the end of the current billing period with no proration. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase only, renewals are not refundable, and a refund is not automatic; users must contact support to request it. Nord sends a 30-day advance renewal reminder for annual plans.
