noon operates two types of cancellations: (1) noon One membership subscription and (2) individual orders. For noon One membership (AED 15/month or annual), cancel anytime via Account → noon One → Manage Membership → Cancel Membership on the website or app; the subscription remains active through its expiry date with no auto-renewal. Refunds are not issued for membership fees already charged; noon may terminate memberships for misuse with no refund. For order cancellation, go to Tracking Details → Cancel Items (before packing) or Cancel Shipment (after packing but before delivery); cancellations are irreversible once confirmed and refunds are tracked via Orders → Track Refund. Refunds go to the original payment method (card, noon Credits, or bank transfer for Cash on Delivery). No phone or chat-only cancellation requirement — both membership and order cancellations are fully self-serve online/in-app.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
