NFL+ subscriptions purchased directly on NFL.com can be cancelled online via Account > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel, with a required reason-selection retention step; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with continued access until then. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be cancelled through those platforms' own cancellation flows. No refunds are issued for the current billing period except in cases of duplicate purchases or serious ongoing technical difficulties. A pause option is available, taking effect at the end of the billing cycle, with no content access during the paused period.
