Netlify subscriptions can be cancelled online via the account admin panel (Team Settings > Delete team, or User Settings > Delete user) or by written notice to support; admin panel cancellation requires at least 1 day before renewal and written notice requires at least 10 days before renewal to avoid being charged for the next term. Access continues through the end of the current subscription term after cancellation. All fees are explicitly non-refundable and non-cancellable, including for unused time remaining after termination. No pause or freeze option exists; upon termination, customer data is available for retrieval for 30 days before Netlify may delete it.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
