Neoness France members cancel either in person at the club or by registered letter (LRAR) to the Montreuil headquarters, with a 3-week notice running from when Neoness receives the request and any started month payable in full. Committed 12-month plans can only be terminated at the end of the engagement and then monthly thereafter, while no-commitment monthly plans can be cancelled at each monthly anniversary with the 3-week notice. Online subscribers on neoness.fr get a 14-clear-day cooling-off right by registered letter, with refund within 14 days (card-issuance fee retained and a pro-rata charge if service started early). Suspension is available for documented medical incapacity exceeding 1 month or being more than 30km from a club for at least 1 month, and serious life events (permanent incapacity, distant relocation, job loss) permit early termination.
