How hard is it to cancel Neon?

Subscribers cancel online via My Account > Plan & Payment > Manage your plan > Cancel (or via the app menu on mobile); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no notice period required. Neon does not generally provide refunds for customer-initiated cancellations; movie rentals are explicitly non-refundable. Prorated refunds are only issued if Neon itself terminates the subscription early (with at least one month's notice). Third-party subscribers (e.g. via Spark or app stores) must cancel through those providers.

• Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause/freeze feature. Cancellation ends access at the next billing date; reactivation is available at any time by logging back in and clicking Resume.
• Account/data deletion: Accounts remain active after cancellation to allow future repurchases. Permanent account deletion is available on request by emailing [email protected]. mailto:[email protected]
