Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, meaning access continues until that date with no proration. The Subscriber Agreement states all sales are final and no full or partial refunds are issued regardless of the reason, making this a no-refund policy. A data privacy/deletion request can be submitted via privacy.nba.com or by emailing [email protected].
