How hard is it to cancel Naturgy?

Naturgy (Spain) grants consumers a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal (derecho de desistimiento) from contract signature or distance/phone/internet contracting, at no cost. It is exercised by phone (912 100 100 or 900 385 425) or online via the Area Clientes web/app: under 'Productos', select the service, then 'Baja de contrato con Naturgy'. No penalties or permanence fees apply within the withdrawal window. To merely change supplier to pay less, Naturgy advises NOT requesting a supply baja (which would lose grid access and require a new alta); instead the new comercializadora handles the switch with no supply cut. Maintenance services (Servigas/Servielectric) are cancelled separately on 900 333 555.
