How hard is it to cancel Natural Cycles?

Natural Cycles subscriptions (annual or monthly) renew automatically and must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation is self-served online via the website (Billing > Plan > Cancel current subscription) or through Apple ID subscription settings if subscribed via the App Store; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. No refunds are issued for any subscription fees already paid. Users retain access through the end of their paid period after cancellation.

• Account/data deletion: Users can delete their account in-app via top menu > My account > Delete account, or submit a data erasure request via the web form or by emailing [email protected].
