To cancel, go to the Admin Dashboard at app.n8n.cloud/manage, navigate to the Manage tab, and click 'Cancel plan'. You can also cancel by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual term) — access continues until then, and accounts downgrade to Free tier. No pro-rata refunds are issued; annual plans are explicitly non-refundable, and monthly plans offer no refund for the unused portion of the current period. No minimum notice period is required. Data and backups are retained for 90 days after account closure before permanent deletion.
