MyFitnessPal Premium can be cancelled online via account Settings (web signups) or through Apple App Store / Google Play (app signups), cancellation must be done on the same platform as the original purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with Premium access retained until then; you must cancel more than 24 hours before the renewal date. All purchases are final and non-refundable at MyFitnessPal's sole discretion (US users have no statutory cooling-off period; only non-US users have a 14-day right). No pause or freeze option exists.

- Account/data deletion: Account deletion is available via app (More > Settings > Delete Account) or web (My Home > Settings > Delete Account); deletion is irreversible and removes personal data, with email systems taking up to 72 hours to stop sending.
