How hard is it to cancel Musely?

Musely's Auto-Refill (subscription) can be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled refill date via the website (My Account > My Treatments > Manage Treatment) or the Musely mobile app — no phone call required. Refill orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed and processed to the pharmacy, and all prescription medications are non-returnable once shipped. A $20 Doctor Visit Fee is non-refundable after the prescribing physician reviews the order, but a 60-Day Result Guarantee allows a full medication refund on an initial fill if used with the eNurse program. Users can also delay the next refill date by up to 30 days instead of cancelling outright.

• Account/data deletion: Account deletion is available through the Help Center (irreversible; removes access to prescriptions and prescribing dermatologist).
