How hard is it to cancel Mozilla VPN?
Mozilla VPN scores 83/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
Mozilla VPN can be cancelled online via accounts.firefox.com (Settings > Paid Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription) or through the VPN app (Settings > Account > Manage Subscription), both are fully self-serve. Cancellation disables auto-renewal immediately and access continues until the end of the current billing period with no advance notice required. Mozilla offers a one-time 30-day money-back guarantee for subscriptions purchased directly through Mozilla's website; no proration is provided after 30 days, and app store purchases (Apple/Google) are subject to those stores' refund terms. Cancelling a subscription does not delete the Mozilla account; account and data deletion must be initiated separately.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
