Movistar Plus+ can be cancelled online via the account area (Mi suscripcion > Dar de baja), through the mobile app, by calling 1004, by visiting a Movistar physical store, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no proration refund is issued for the remaining days. Under Spanish/EU consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), a full refund via 14-day right of withdrawal applies to distance contracts, but only if the digital service has not been used. Movistar Plus+ has no permanence commitment or early-termination penalty since 2021.
