Mosh is an Australian men's-health platform with no lock-in contracts. Subscriptions can be paused/snoozed, changed or cancelled at any time from the Mosh Portal, or via customer support; cancellation requires at least 5 business days' notice before the next billing date. Refunds are limited to defined cases (practitioner declines treatment, out of stock, pricing error, account suspension) plus money-back guarantees (30-day Weight Loss and Skin, 180-day Hair). Once an order is processed and awaiting shipment with a pharmacy, no refund or credit is available. Account closure is by contacting Mosh, with lawful retention of health records.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
