How hard is it to cancel Mosaic Foods?

Mosaic Foods subscribers can cancel at any time via the Customer Portal (Account > Cancel Subscription) or by emailing [email protected] — no minimum term and no cancellation penalty. Cancellations must be submitted before delivery-day cutoffs (Sunday 3pm EST for Tue/Wed deliveries; Wednesday 3pm EST for Friday deliveries); orders already charged past cutoff cannot be halted. Refunds are guaranteed on the first order if requested within 30 days; subsequent refunds are handled case-by-case through customer support. The Terms of Service state that future charges not yet posted are cancelled without penalty upon cancellation.
