MORE THAN car insurance is cancelled by phone (0330 100 0593) or by completing a callback webform (they call back within ~5 days). Every policy has a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the start or receipt of documents. After cooling-off, if you paid annually upfront you get a refund of the remaining premium minus a charge for cover already used plus a cancellation fee (deducted from the refund); no refund if a claim has been made. MORE THAN stopped selling new car insurance on 1 September 2023: auto-renewal customers are transferred to Swinton (notice ~90 days ahead, Swinton contact ~21-26 days ahead) and can opt out free of charge before the MORE THAN policy expires.
