How hard is it to cancel MOOV?

MOOV (PCCW's Hong Kong music streaming service) subscriptions auto-renew each cycle unless terminated at least one day before the last day of the monthly cycle via online account management on the service site, the 1833866 hotline, or the original authorized channel; iOS/Android in-app purchases are cancelled in App Store/Google Play settings. Pre-paid fees are not refunded.
