MoneyLion memberships (including WOW) can be canceled via the mobile app (Profile > Membership > Manage My Membership), by calling 1-844-224-0087, or by emailing [email protected]. All outstanding loans and Instacash balances must be paid in full before cancellation is permitted. Monthly plan cancellations take effect at the next billing date with no refund; six-month and annual plan holders who cancel within the first month receive a refund for unused months minus the first month's fee. Canceling Instacash bars re-enrollment for 60 days.
