How hard is it to cancel Monday.com?
Monday.com scores 82/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Cancellation is self-serve online only (admin goes to Administration > Billing > three-dot menu > Cancel product); only account admins can cancel. A 30-day notice before the subscription end date is required to avoid auto-renewal — if notice is not given, the plan renews for the full next term with no refund. New customers on yearly plans may receive a prorated refund if they cancel within 30 days of first purchase; existing customers get no refund once a term renews. Monthly plans are not refundable.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
