ModifyHealth subscriptions can be cancelled at any time either online through Account Settings (Manage Subscription & Payment Details) or by calling 888-7MODIFY (888-766-3439) or emailing [email protected]. Changes, skips, and cancellations must be submitted by Saturday 11:59 pm ET to apply to the following week's delivery; requests after that deadline take effect the week after. Gift programs are non-cancellable and non-refundable. ModifyHealth offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the FIT program fee (not meals), and will issue pro-rata credits or refunds for missing, damaged, or incorrect meals if reported within seven days of delivery.
