How hard is it to cancel Mobbin?
Mobbin scores 90/100 (grade A) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — among the most clearly documented cancellation policies we've scored. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
Pro plan: log in, click your avatar (top-right) > Settings > Plan & Billing > Cancel plan. Team plan: team admin clicks avatar > selects Team > Settings > Plan & Billing > Cancel plan. Enterprise plan: contact Mobbin to cancel. Cancellation is self-serve and allowed at any time; a confirmation email states the end date of the billing period. Access to membership features continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancel BEFORE the renewal date - cancelling on the renewal day still incurs that renewal charge. Refunds: no refunds are issued for payments already made (or for unused subscription time after cancellation) unless required by law or at Mobbin's sole discretion. No store-billing caveat is documented; billing is handled directly via the Mobbin web account (Plan & Billing).
How to cancel Mobbin
- Channels: online (self-serve), email
- Official cancellation page: https://help.mobbin.com/en/articles/691648
- Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause or freeze option is documented in Mobbin's help center. Plans can only be cancelled (access continues to end of current billing period) or downgraded by cancelling, not temporarily paused.
- Account/data deletion: Self-serve account deletion: click avatar (top-right) > Settings > Manage account section > Delete > confirm via Delete account button. Team admins delete via Team > Settings. Enterprise users must contact Mobbin. Deletion is irreversible and permanently erases all associated data. Mobbin advises settling any outstanding/overdue invoices first. https://help.mobbin.com/en/articles/691520

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
