How hard is it to cancel MLB.TV?
MLB.TV scores 77/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email, phone.
MLB.TV subscriptions can be cancelled online via the 'Manage Subscriptions' section of your MLB.com account, by emailing [email protected], or by calling 866-800-1275. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (the current 30-day period for monthly plans; the current yearly term ending ~March 1 for annual plans), with no early-termination fee. Refunds are granted only within 5 days of the initial purchase or annual auto-renewal date, with no partial or prorated refunds and a maximum of one refund per MLB season. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play must be managed through those platforms.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
