How hard is it to cancel Mixpanel?

To cancel, users with Owner or Billing Admin role navigate to Organization Settings > Plan Details & Billing > Modify Plan > Downgrade to Free Plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Alternatively, customers may opt not to renew by submitting a written request via Mixpanel's support portal. Subscription fees are explicitly non-refundable during the term per the Terms of Use; refunds are only available if Mixpanel commits an uncured material breach. No pause or freeze option is offered.
