How hard is it to cancel MistoBox?
MistoBox scores 53/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
MistoBox subscriptions auto-renew on a per-shipment basis and can be cancelled at any time via the Account Settings page by clicking the 'Cancel Subscription' button. Cancellation takes effect immediately, stopping all future shipments even if the subscriber has remaining credits, and permanently deletes the coffee profile and ratings. As an alternative, subscribers can pause their subscription for up to one year from the same settings page or from the Brew Queue. No refund policy is publicly disclosed, and no advance notice period is required to cancel.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
