How hard is it to cancel Mindvalley?
Mindvalley scores 85/100 (grade A) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, among the most clearly documented cancellation policies we've scored. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), app-store.
Web-purchased Mindvalley Memberships are canceled self-serve in the account Billing section (Active Subscriptions > Subscription Settings > Cancel Subscription); subscriptions bought via Apple or Google must be canceled in the respective app store. A full refund is available within 15 days of initial purchase, after which only cancellation is possible and renewal payments are non-refundable.
