How hard is it to cancel Mindful Chef?

Subscribers cancel online via 'Your Preferences' > 'Amend subscription' > 'Cancel subscription' and receive a confirmation email; no minimum contract applies. The critical cut-off is midnight, 4 days before the scheduled delivery (e.g. Wednesday midnight for a Sunday delivery) — orders already past this window cannot be cancelled or refunded. Customers with fewer than 2 deliveries must contact customer care by phone or email rather than self-serve online. UK GDPR right to erasure is supported via phone or email request only.
