How hard is it to cancel Mimo?
Mimo scores 76/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
Mimo subscriptions can be cancelled at any time online through account settings on the Mimo website, or through the App Store or Google Play for app-purchased subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and auto-renewal must be disabled at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds for website purchases are available within 14 days of purchase; App Store and Google Play purchases must be refunded through Apple or Google respectively. No pause option is available.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
