Mimo subscriptions can be cancelled at any time online through account settings on the Mimo website, or through the App Store or Google Play for app-purchased subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and auto-renewal must be disabled at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds for website purchases are available within 14 days of purchase; App Store and Google Play purchases must be refunded through Apple or Google respectively. No pause option is available.
