For the main service, cancellation must occur at least two days before the renewal processing date; for shop.joinmidi.com shipments at least three business days before the shipment date. Midi does not refund partially used subscription periods but may grant refunds case-by-case at its sole discretion; approved shop refunds return to the original method within 15 business days. After termination Midi has no obligation to return content except as required by law for health records.
