Prepaid subscriptions can be canceled or paused only by contacting support, though prepaid subscribers can pause for up to 3 months from their profile. Payments already processed before a valid cancellation are non-refundable, but properly canceled orders will be refunded. Defective kit returns are accepted within two weeks of shipment with a full refund including delivery fees.
