How hard is it to cancel Maven Clinic?

Maven Clinic operates primarily as an employer/health-plan-sponsored platform with no recurring subscription fees for individual users — access is pay-per-appointment. To end access, members can deactivate or permanently delete their account via Account Settings in the Maven app (iPhone) or website (Android). Full data deletion takes up to 45 days and can also be requested via [email protected]. Appointment-level refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
