MasMovil requires customers to cancel by phone (900 696 000 or 2373 from a MasMovil line), WhatsApp (605 515 454), or by email for fixed-line services ([email protected] with a downloadable form). There is no self-serve online cancellation portal. Customers are billed proportionally for the days the service was active in the final billing period, and early termination penalties apply if the customer is under a commitment period (3 months for fixed+mobile, 12 months for fixed-only, or 24 months when a device is financed). The router must be returned within 30 days of cancellation or a 168.19 EUR penalty is charged.

- Pause/freeze: available, Customers can temporarily suspend fixed-line and internet service for 30-90 days. During suspension, a 50% discount is applied to the monthly fee (not full waiver). Mobile services cannot be suspended. Suspensions are incompatible with other active discounts. Requested via phone 900 696 000.
- Account/data deletion: Customers can request deletion of personal data by emailing [email protected] or by written postal request to MasMovil's headquarters in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. MasMovil commits to responding within 1 month.
