Manus offers a clear self-serve cancellation. For web/Stripe subscriptions: click your profile avatar (top right) > Account > Upgrade/Manage > 'Downgrade to Free' to cancel. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (visible on the account/usage tab) - you keep paid access until then and are no longer charged for renewals. If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through the respective store's subscription settings (uninstalling the app does NOT cancel). Refund stance: already-charged amounts are NOT refunded; cancelling only stops the next renewal. On a 7-day free trial, cancelling before the charge avoids any fee. Refund requests for Stripe/Google purchases go through the in-account Help Centre AI chatbot (provide order/invoice number, account email/username, reason); approved refunds return to the original method in 1-15 business days. Apple subscribers must request refunds directly from Apple.
