How hard is it to cancel Manual?
Manual scores 76/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the GB — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in_account, email.
Subscriptions are cancelled by logging in at manual.co and going to Account > Manage Plans and Orders; TRT plans cannot be cancelled in-account and must be cancelled by emailing [email protected]. For prescription-only medicines the customer agrees to purchase at least a 12-month supply (subject to clinical appropriateness), and a prescription order can only be cancelled before it is approved by the clinical team, after which it cannot be cancelled or refunded for safety reasons. Manual encourages customers to contact support to adjust or switch plans rather than cancel. Refund and cooling-off detail is set out in the Terms of Sale.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
