Manscaped subscribers can cancel their Peak Hygiene Plan or VIP Package at any time through the online account portal (My VIP Package tab → Cancel Plan), by email at [email protected] (up to 5 business days to process), or by phone at 1-800-626-7227. Cancellation must be submitted at least 5 full business days before the end of the current subscription term to avoid being charged for the next shipment. No refunds are issued on subscription fees already paid; the 30-day return window applies only to physical product satisfaction. Members may alternatively pause up to 11 months or skip/reschedule orders without canceling.

  • Pause/freeze: available — VIP members can pause their subscription for up to 11 consecutive months and retain VIP status with no charges during the pause period. Members can also skip the next order or adjust shipment frequency in 1-month increments up to 11 months via the account portal.
  • Account/data deletion: Customers can request permanent account deletion (including all earned Rewards) by emailing [email protected].
