How hard is it to cancel ManoramaMAX?

ManoramaMAX is a paid Malayalam OTT subscription service operated by MM TV Limited, with monthly and yearly plans valid within India and auto-renewal via UPI and card payments. Per the FAQ, subscriptions initiated through in-app billing are auto-renewing by default and recur automatically until the user separately cancels within their Apple / Amazon / Google Play account; recurring web subscriptions can be cancelled from the 'My Subscription' section in account settings. The FAQ states twice that subscription charges are non-refundable. The FAQ and Terms do not document a pause option or a dedicated account-deletion flow; support is via [email protected].
