How hard is it to cancel Malwarebytes?

Cancellation is done online by turning off auto-renewal in the Malwarebytes account portal (my.malwarebytes.com) under Billing Information; mobile subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancelled subscriptions remain active and valid until the current subscription's expiration date — there is no immediate termination or proration. New direct-purchase subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of purchase; renewals and third-party purchases are excluded from this guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted to the Malwarebytes support team.
