How hard is it to cancel Malwarebytes?

Cancellation is done online by turning off auto-renewal in the Malwarebytes account portal (my.malwarebytes.com) under Billing Information; mobile subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancelled subscriptions remain active and valid until the current subscription's expiration date, there is no immediate termination or proration. New direct-purchase subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of purchase; renewals and third-party purchases are excluded from this guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted to the Malwarebytes support team.
