MailerLite subscriptions are cancelled entirely online via Account Settings > Plan and billing > Cancel subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account automatically downgrades to the Free plan. No notice period beyond the billing cycle is required. Refunds are generally not issued for unused portions of monthly or annual plans; the only exception is a 14-calendar-day consumer withdrawal right for individuals using the service for non-business purposes. Subscription pausing is available once per calendar year for up to 2 months, with Free-plan limitations applying during the pause.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
