Lyka states the subscription is 100% flexible and can be paused or cancelled at any time from the customer account login or by email. The card is charged a few days before the box is prepared (except the first delivery), so changes must be made before that cut-off. Cancelling forfeits any remaining offers, credits or discounts, and there is no pro-rated refund for unused days. Lyka does not accept change-of-mind returns; a 30-day money-back guarantee refunds new customers up to AU$150. Data access/correction is by email.
