To leave Lyca Mobile and keep your number, text PAC to 65075 free from your Lyca number (or call 322 from a Lyca phone / 0207 132 0322); to leave without keeping it, request a STAC. The code is valid 30 days and the new provider typically completes the transfer within about 48 hours, after which the Lyca account closes. An Early Termination Charge applies if you cancel a Pay Monthly contract within its minimum term. Lyca warns not to cancel before switching or the number may be lost; refund of unused PAYG credit is not stated on the cancel FAQ.
