Lumen subscribers may cancel at any time via the Lumen app, the website account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term; access continues until the end of the current paid period. All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid except where required by applicable law. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
