How hard is it to cancel Lucidchart?

Lucidchart subscriptions can be cancelled self-service online via Account Settings > Plans & Billing by clicking the three-dot menu next to the product and selecting 'Cancel this plan'; enterprise/team accounts must have the Account Owner or Billing Admin contact [email protected] or their Account Manager. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account downgrades to a limited free plan and documents remain viewable but not fully editable. Lucid's stated policy is no refunds for cancellations, though the billing team may handle exceptional cases (accidental charges, technical issues). No pause or freeze feature is available.
