Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account downgrades to a limited free plan and documents remain viewable but not fully editable. Lucid's stated policy is no refunds for cancellations, though the billing team may handle exceptional cases (accidental charges, technical issues). No pause or freeze feature is available.
