Lovevery subscribers can cancel at any time through Account Settings on lovevery.com; the cancellation flow is not available in the Lovevery mobile app. Cancellation must be submitted at least 3 days before the next scheduled shipping date to take effect. Subscribers who have prepaid for unshipped kits receive a refund to their original payment method within 3–5 business days. Pausing a subscription is not offered; subscribers may skip a single upcoming shipment or cancel and later reactivate.

- Account/data deletion: Consumers may submit a verifiable deletion request via the Lovevery Privacy Center. Lovevery aims to respond within 45 days (maximum 90 days).
