Subscribers cancel online via Account Settings, Manage Subscription on Lovevery.com (not in the app), and should cancel at least 3 days before the next ship date. Prepaid but not-yet-shipped Play Kits are refunded within 3 to 5 business days; an already-confirmed order is not cancelled by cancelling the subscription.
