Lose It! Premium subscriptions must be cancelled through the same platform used to subscribe: via iPhone Settings (Apple App Store), Google Play Store app, or online at my.loseit.com under Purchases. Cancelling preserves Premium access through the end of the current billing period; account data such as food logs and weight history are retained after downgrading to free. Apple and Google purchases cannot be refunded directly by Lose It — users must request refunds through the respective platform; direct website purchases can be refunded via a dedicated form at refunds.loseit.com. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
