How hard is it to cancel Loops?

Loops scores 65/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in_account, email.

The Terms of Service name both a self-serve and an assisted route: 'You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting the Company's customer support team.' The catch is the deadline, which is unusually long for a self-serve SaaS product: 'you must give notice of non-renewal at least 60 days prior to the end of the current term'. Nothing is refunded on the way out and the remaining term stays payable: 'we will not provide any refunds of prepaid or unused portion of the Services, and you will pay all unpaid fee due through the end of the applicable Subscription term'. There is no dedicated cancellation help page; the route is documented only inside the ToS.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
