How hard is it to cancel Logz.io (logz.io)?

If you subscribe to a monthly/annual plan via the Logz.io self-service dashboard, the subscription period automatically renews and you are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle on the monthly anniversary date. There is no self-serve cancel button: you may cancel your account by contacting your account manager in writing at least 14 days before the end of the then-current plan. All fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Fees are in US dollars.
